To start off, I created a few images of what would happen if Renny merged with all 3 bunnies

From top to bottom: Safety Mode, Hazard Mode, and Caution Mode.

What programs and tools do you use (and settings) for your lines?

(by hate you, I mean love your art)

For the lines I use Alias Sketchbook Pro 2010.

For the colors I use Painttool SAI. The shading shown here is the result of me using the blend tool one too many times.

Ok, I got sketchbook. What tools do you use to keep the lines from being so... Shakey... I'm using a tablet, and I wonder if there's a smooting feature, similar to flash.

There is no smoothing feature. If your lines are shaky, then that means you need to download and install a new driver for your tablet.
