Bio: Ceci probably doesn't want to start and conversation with you. Or go out sometime. She doesn't want to hear about your pets or buy whatever it is you're trying to sell her. And no, she doesn't want your number. She does, however, want you to buy her cakes. Or cookies, whatever you're into.

Cecilia Norelle was born in the ghetto and was very promptly thrown out when she reached sixteen. Tycan Norelle, her father, thought that was a good age for her to set out on her own. That's when his dad threw him out, and that's when he threw out her older sister and older brother. And that's when he'll throw out her baby sister. That's just how it's done in the Norelle family. Lucky for Ceci she was better equipped than her brother, Finbar, to deal with her new independent life. He's somewhere... He shows up at her shop every once in a while asking for money which she sometimes gives him. Navu, her sister, is missing, disappeared by all accounts. Ceci is somewhat preoccupied by finding her, hoping that she can reunite with a most beloved sister. She fears for her youngest sister, Sara, who is only twelve but will eventually be shoved onto the streets as well. Ceci had money when she'd been tossed out; she'd worked hard to save up. She doubts that Sara is preparing the way Ceci and Navu had. Sometimes she visits Sara and brings her treats, doing her best to make sure Sara knows where Ceci's shop in the Green Zone is. One day, Sara will at least have somewhere to go. The very few people that are close to her call her "Cupcake". That's what momma called her when she was little and Sara still calls her that. She hates it when people call her that, except for Sara.

Ceci lives in the Red Zone, right on the cusp of down town and the suburbs. It's pretty nice and a big step up from where she grew up. This after four years of success at her very own bakery. It's not too fancy but she moves a lot of cookies and cupcakes to hungry teens. Her shop is right in the middle of the Electric Light District and she doesn't have much competition for tea and cake. She likes her customers too, so that helps keep her relatively friendly. She doesn't deviate much from the Red Zone and the Green Zone, mostly out of ambivalence for her hometown. She just wants to make cake. Every now and then she has to wander over to City Hall, but that's about it. The Green Zone is her comfort zone and she's at every Market Day looking for something special. She's successful enough and she wants to keep it that way.

Ceci is by no ways mean spirited, just... practical and not particularly patient with strangers. She's worked hard, come from a distinctly unhappy childhood plagued by a drunken father, and has her reasons to keep to herself. But she's a nice lady, really. She cares deeply for her siblings and even though she views Finbar as a failure, she does what she can to help him out when he asks for it. She's a bit of a softie for her more regular customers, giving them extras here and there. She doesn't go out of her way for people unless they're customers and strangers certainly won't get any kind looks from her. People describe her as cold and guarded and that's no entirely untrue. When she opens up, she can be quite warm; it's just rare. Good luck, sucker.

Currently, she's doing pretty well. No boyfriend but she's thinking about working on that. No pets and she might remedy that as well. Her brother hasn't been around in awhile and that worries her but he can take care of himself for the most part. Business is good and she's had some free time to look for Navu. The new kid minding the store during the day is doing okay and her assistant, Mark, is doing great. Hopefully, he doesn't run off to start his own place. That would suck. And she needs him to be her diurnal better half so she can stick to her night owl schedule.
